The apartment at Queensgate Court is situated in an excellent location, which was a bit let down by the room not being up to standard. Victor, the service staff, was lovely and very helpful in addressing some of the apartment's issues. The location was amazing, being close to many attractions and in a quiet and safe area.

During my 8-day stay, the hotel was located on the lower ground floor with virtually no natural light, up a narrow flight of stairs. The room was just amazing, very modern with awesome bathroom and kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and new and excellent quality furniture.
